Position Details

  • Position Type: Full Time | Remote
  • Work Day: 40 Hours / Week | Flexible schedules
  • Time Zones: North American time zones. We have flexible work schedules. However, this position requires Account Managers to connect with our potential clients during their work hours
  • Availability to travel occasionally
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients, develop strategies and close sales
  • Contact potential clients who have shown interest in Odoo
  • Converting Leads into Opportunities
  • Manage and automate prospecting using our internal tools to expand our reach
  • Identify, classify, segment and prioritize potential customers according to the Business Development Plan and Budget
  • Develop empathy with our potential clients to present them with the best possible solution according to their needs and budget
  • Analyze together with our Project Managers the aspects of client operations to create a value proposition between BDO Digital and Odoo according to the business stage, needs and objectives
  • Give business presentations and software demonstrations in B2B sessions and webinars
  • Create a development path for our new and existing clients in the medium term by expanding the value of our solutions, carrying out presentations and demonstrations as part of our cross-selling strategy, as well as following up and closing the sale of new services
  • Coordinate with other departments to carry out demonstrations or other useful commercial activities to enhance the sales process and convey the value of BDO Digital to the potential client.
  • Create and manage a network with a diverse group of clients in different regions
  • Follow up with clients, and each of their implementation projects
  • Analyze your own productivity KPIs to increase their value and project a personal professional career
  • Manage and make the most of sales activity through our management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, international business, business administration or a related field
  • Any Sales or Business Development Certification is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • 2-5 years of direct sales experience in SaaS software for any industry
  • 2-5 years of experience interacting with stakeholders from different cultures
  • Spanish (Required) - Advanced/native level writing and speaking
  • English (Required) - Advanced level writing and speaking
  • French (Competitive Advantage) - Intermediate Writing and Speaking
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM | Odoo is a plus)
  • Experience with ERP (Odoo is a plus)
  • Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar
  • Microsoft Word or equivalent (basic-intermediate)
  • Microsoft Excel or equivalent (basic-intermediate)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent (basic-intermediate)
  • B2B Sales
  • Sales management through CRM
